Job Description
Job Title: EMC RSA Security Archer Business Operations Analyst - Professional Services Organization
Responsibility:

A Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for executing and monitoring RSA Archer professional services project and financial processes. This role is responsible for the administration of SAP, monitoring project governance, and assisting with financial reporting and forecasting. In addition, the role will operate as a liaison between RSA finance and PS Practice leadership and seek to identify and remediate process gaps within the services practice. The person in this role must have the ability to analyze a variety of situations, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and effectively communicate the results of this analysis to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years experience in an operations related role taking an analytical approach to problem solving, including data mining, interpretation, and communication of results




• 2 - 5 years experience with computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook)




• 1 - 2 years of SAP administration experience




• Experience in a professional services function with an understanding of supporting business processes (ideal, but not required)




• Collaborative, detailed oriented, and comfortable operating independently




• Proven track record of problem solving in fast paced environments
