The best qualified candidate will have at least three plus years experience in the restaurant management experience in the casual dining industry, and should demonstrate the following:

•Ability to create a positive guest service culture •Hold team accountable to produce positive financial results •Assist team in developing responsible sales and profit goals •Assist team in managing food, beverage, labor and controllable costs •Build rapport with all staff •Coach and develop all managers •Encourage managers and coaches to achieve desired performance •Utilize abundance and outcome thinking to achieve desired results •Lead teams to achieve consistent operational standards
